Arts & Crafts Exhibit and Sale at the Westport Grange Farmers Market7AM to 1PM. Three volunteers are needed for each exhibit day: 2 to handle sales and 1 to be a runner and “filler-in”. A donation to WAG from sales is voluntary. The Grange is located at 931 Main Road at the intersection of Adamsville Road and Main across from the Friends Meeting House.

Acoaxet Club ExhibitWAG’s members are invited to exhibit their art at the Acoaxet Club, 152 Howland Road in Westport Harbor. 2 paintings per member! Exhibit drop-off is Thursday, August 7, 8am to 9am only. Pickup is Sunday, August 10, 3pm to 5pm only. Please call Nancy Burkholder to reserve a place: 508-636-3039.

Saturday, August 23 and Sunday, August 24 Southcoast Open Studio Tour, 11AM–5PM
WAG’s members will be exhibiting their art at the WAG center. For the first time, WAG will be part of the annual Open Studio Tour which covers artist’s studios in Little Compton, Tiverton, Westport, Dartmouth, and other small coastal towns, attracting viewers from all over southeastern MA and RI. This is a great opportunity to display and possibly sell your paintings.
Each WAG member may deliver 1 or 2 paintings to the studio between 2 & 4PM on Thursday, August 21.
Participating artists will be required to work one 2–3 hour shift at the WAG studio on either 8/23 or 8/24, painting on the spot or helping sell the art. Call Alita Marks at 401-624-6031 to sign up.
