Call to Artists
WAG Member Artists and Artisans are invited to sell their artwork in the shop. Contact WAG if you are interested in adding your artwork or handcrafted items to the shop.
Small Exhibits at WAG
When several WAG artists want to exhibit their work together, they can send a proposal to the Small Exhibit Review Committee, consisting of Donna Massano, Janet Gendreau, and Jim Constantine. The proposal should include:
the names of the artists to be included
the kinds of artwork to be included
the number of pieces of artwork to be exhibited
possible opening and closing dates
things about the artists that make them qualified to offer a WAG-sponsored exhibit
willingness to provide publicity in addition to being posted in the WAG website
willingness to provide gallery attendants during the exhibit
The Review Committee will approve Small Exhibit proposals based initially on the qualifications of the artists who propose to exhibit their work. The qualifications that they consider include:
What is their exhibition history? Have they taken part in any juried exhibits? Have they won awards? Have they ever been invited to exhibit?
No registration fee will be charged by WAG. WAG will collect 25% of the sales of any artwork in the exhibit. Proposals should be sent to the Small Exhibit Review Committee at email@example.com.
